Free replacement after the first session. If you don’t like it in general, you can return it for unused hours.

What if something goes wrong?

The money doesn't reach the seller straight away: it's held in escrow and only released once you confirm the result. If the work never started, you get everything back. If it started and stalled, open a dispute from the order itself — support reviews it and refunds the part that wasn't delivered.
