Trial of the Sekhemas

The ascension mechanics in the second part grew out of the Sanctum of the first. Four floors with increasing complexity, each with rooms: combat, treasure, merchant. On the fourth floor there is the final boss, for which you get an ascension point.

Relics are passive bonuses inside the Sanctum: increased damage, less loss of resolve, and the like. They are collected in a collection for a long game. Rare relics cost anywhere from fifty to two hundred divine spheres on the market.
